Plugins go through us.
We won’t run plugins with known security holes, or ones nobody updates any more. If yours has one, the plan suggests a sound replacement. New plugins come through us too, so nothing unchecked gets onto your site.
Page builders welcome.
Built with a page builder like Elementor, or a bought theme? It can usually move as it is, and the audit will tell you for sure. If one day you’d like a site designed just for you, we’ll quote for it, but nobody will push you.
One price, every month.
The move costs nothing when you join the care plan. If the audit finds something that has to be fixed first, such as a hacked site, we quote for it and you decide.

Questions about moving.
If yours isn't here, put it in the form and we'll answer it.
Will my site go offline while it moves?
It shouldn't. Your current site keeps running while we copy and check it, and we switch over at a quiet time, so most visitors won't notice a thing.
What about my email?
We don't provide email. If yours comes with your current hosting, it needs a new home before we switch, or it stops when the old hosting ends. We'll check this in the audit and help you move it to a dedicated provider such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
I'm tied in with my current host. Can I still move?
Yes, whenever suits you. Many people time the move for when their contract runs out. We can run the audit now and move later.
My site's been hacked. Can you still take it?
Yes. Tell us on the form. We clean it up before it moves, because moving a hacked site just moves the problem. That work is quoted first, like everything else.
Can I still add plugins myself?
Ask us and we'll add it for you. We check it first, and if there's a better or safer option we'll say so. That's what keeps your site from breaking after an update.
Do I need a new website?
No. Most sites just need looking after properly. If yours really does need rebuilding, the audit will say why, and it's still your choice.
Who owns the site once it's moved?
You do, as before. Your domain stays registered in your name, and your design, content and images are yours.
What if I want to leave?
Give us a month's notice and we hand everything over: a full copy of the site, ready for whoever looks after it next.
